"Mella" has always kept its homely typicalness. Alessandro and Rosy have tried to offer a wide variety of fresh water fish dishes, keeping in touch, however, with traditional recipes as rice with perch, fried bleaks , whitefish, “missoltino”, emphasizing unknown fish species as burbot or italian roach.

Fish paté – Lake fish “carpaccio” – “Primavera” shad – Lake salad – smoked fish

We underline that the proposals follow the seasonal course of the fishing.
